Georgia Tech Articulation Agreement

TCSG and GICA Articulation Version 2018 FINAL TCSG GICA Articulation Course Inclusion. Transfer agreements between Atlanta Technical College and other colleges and universities aim to minimize duplication while allowing for a smooth transition to the next stage of your educational journey. The TCSG-USG agreement defines 27 general education courses that can be entrusted between SACS COC accredited institutions. A number of Atlanta Technical College`s complementary courses are transferred to USG schools and you can find more information by browsing the Transfer Equivalencies database on the USG school`s website or by alerting yourself at the school. It is an officially approved agreement between two higher education institutions that allows students to apply credits acquired at one institution in specific courses or programmes for their advanced status, entry or transfer to another institution. If you wish to transfer course credits between institutions, you must contact the university or university to which you wish to transfer credits for evaluation. The course name, code, and credit hours for each course credit must appear on the official university transcript. If it is not on the transcript, the official test results are subject to Georgia Tech`s credit policy. It is the student`s responsibility to apply for an exam credit or an advanced standing credit on their official transcript. If Georgia Tech is not able to see any course credit on the official transcript, the official test results may become an application request.
