Serious Violation Of The Microsoft Services Agreement

Last updated. I received a message from Microsoft Support. You said that I had committed a serious offence and that I had permanently blocked the account. That`s 21 days for me. I have not sent, shared, posted or hosted bad or malicious content, which is actually the rules of the Code of Conduct. I am a paying consumer (OneDrive) and business services (MSDN subscription, Azure subscription, Skype number, certifications, etc.) customer through my Microsoft account. It`s unreal how terrible this customer service is. Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious breach of the Microsoft service agreement www.microsoft.com/en- I have read the code of conduct and find it very frustrating that Microsoft can block/close a paid 365 account, which prevents the rightful owner from recovering the data and not giving a reason to do so. I was locked up for two months, 10 times on the phone, and I received every canned message you can imagine…
